I am trying to lose weight but whenever I eat just a bit less than normal, my vision goes black and I need to lay down or I'll fall. Eating makes it better but how am I supposed to lose weight? I'm 220lbs. I want to know why I am experiencing the Vision darkness.

Hi may be you are doing crash dieting in order to lose weight which is making you weak enough to pass out ! Its doing you more harm than good ! Pls do not do this , you need to follow a structured diet which is balanced as well ! You can have a customized diet plan from me
