Is papad good for weight loss?
I am trying to lose weight. I want to know if papad is okay to eat in such a situation. I will be eating a plain urad dal papad which will be either roasted on gas or in microwave

Hi You can eat roasted papad .. But papaya will not make you lose weight.. eat small frequent meals..

Hi, There is no relation between papad and weight loss. Yes but if you are eating papad instead of fried farsan. It’s better idea. But papad is high in sodium. You may be suffer from Water retention and high blood pressure because of it.

There is no much connection between it.. Moreover taking mote fried pappads ultimately add up to exra calories since it is deep fried in oil. Even if youvdirect fry in fire also better to understand that it has high sodium.
