Need to lose 10 kgs
I would like to lose my weight. I am obese and over-weighted. Need to reduce my tummy area, thighs, abs. I am doing walking everyday but my legs starts paining

U need to reduce 23 KGS that too fat .usually female deposit are in hip thigh tummy and arm region .I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month.

Hello..you can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. Medically BMW more than 30 is considered obesity.. You should plan to loose around 1kg per month ,rapid weight loss adversely affect your health
