According to your report there is no pblm regarding your uterus but the fallopian tubes are problematic according to your report So they suggested you to go to ivf If pathology in fallopian tube the chances of fertilisation will be difficult so better go for ivf

To be able to conceive without IVF at least one tube should be open which is not there in ur case You can try hysterolaparoscopy procedure where the blocked tube can be tried to be open up

If there's no spillage on any of the sides of both fallopian tubes that suggests both fallopian tubes are likely to be blocked. So in that case, natural conception or pregnancy is not possible. So you have to go for ivf then

HSG report is showing that the tubes are blocked (No free spill). However, sometimes the HSG may falsely show blockage. So, you can go for a diagnostic laparoscopy to check for tubal patency and can get a  tubal recanalization (if possible..it cannot be done in all cases).

As per report, tubes are not patent You can go for Hystero Laparoscopy for tubal recanalisation if you want to plan naturally
