Need proper diet plan
Hello, I need a proper diet plan to reduce my weight. I have been working on a permanent night shift since April 2022 & I am trying to reduce my weight but I don't have any plans. I need a better idea to do this, can I please get any suggestions on the same.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Gud morning pls try to have home cooked meals only with exercise daily minimum of 45mins and make certain changes in your lifestyle other routines like stress management, sleeping cycle should be proper,focus on mindful eating drink minimum of 3ltrs water.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
