It seems to be social anxiety leading to a panicky state.
It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and social life.

What you're describing sounds very distressing, but it is also a pattern commonly seen in social anxiety or anxiety-related fear of speaking and being evaluated by others.
The symptoms you mentioned:
Shaking hands
Rapid heartbeat
Low or shaky voice
Feeling "choked" while speaking
Headaches
Fear before and after conversations
Excessive overthinking
are all signs that your body's fight-or-flight response is becoming activated during social interactions.
This does not mean there is something wrong with you. Rather, your brain may be interpreting social situations as threatening, even when you are talking to people you already know.
Next Steps
Start noticing what thoughts come up before speaking (e.g., "What if I say something wrong?" or "What will they think of me?").
Gradually practice speaking in low-pressure situations rather than avoiding conversations.
Work on anxiety management techniques such as slow breathing and grounding exercises.
Consider consulting a psychologist, especially since the problem is now affecting your daily functioning and confidence.
Health Tips
Don't force yourself to be perfect in conversations.
Remember that physical symptoms like shaking and a racing heart are signs of anxiety, not danger.
Try speaking slowly instead of trying to finish quickly.
Reduce excessive self-monitoring during conversations.
Keep a journal of situations that trigger anxiety and the thoughts associated with them.
Important:
Since this has become severe enough to affect your daily life, it is worth addressing now rather than waiting for it to worsen. Anxiety tends to become stronger when situations are repeatedly avoided.
The good news is that these symptoms are treatable.
The symptoms you’re describing shaking hands, rapid heartbeat, fear while speaking, feeling choked up, and excessive overthinking may be related to anxiety, particularly in social or interpersonal situations. These reactions are real physiological responses and can become more intense when stress and worry build up over time.
Next Steps
Since these difficulties are affecting your daily functioning and causing significant distress, I would strongly recommend seeking professional support. A psychologist can help identify the underlying causes and teach effective strategies to manage anxiety, improve confidence, and communicate more comfortably. You may consider booking a consultation with me for a detailed assessment and personalized guidance.
Hey
Your body is reacting as if talking to people is a danger, even when your mind knows it isn’t. That’s why your hands shake, your heartbeat increases, your voice becomes soft, and you feel stuck or choked while speaking. The more you worry about it happening, the stronger the fear becomes the next time.
This is often related to anxiety and overthinking, not a weakness or personality flaw. The good news is that it can improve with the right help. Therapy can teach you how to calm your mind, reduce the fear, and feel more comfortable while talking to others. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
This may be related to social or performance anxiety with stress showing up as shaking, a racing heart and trouble speaking clearly. Exploring the underlying fears can help improve daily functioning
Hi,
It sounds like you're experiencing significant social anxiety and possibly intense fear or nervousness when speaking to others, which can trigger physical symptoms like shivering, a lowered voice, rapid heartbeat, and feelings of being choked or overwhelmed. Overthinking and persistent worry about social interactions can intensify these feelings, creating a cycle of anxiety that impacts your daily life. These symptoms are often related to social anxiety disorder or panic-related responses, and seeking support from a mental health professional can help you understand these reactions, develop coping strategies, and gradually build confidence in social situations. You're not alone, and with appropriate help, itâs possible to reduce these feelings and improve your quality of life.
These difficulties you are experiencing, including shaking, a racing heartbeat, fear when speaking to others, and excessive worry, are commonly associated with anxiety, particularly in social situations. When anxiety is triggered, the body's natural "fight-or-flight" response becomes activated, leading to physical symptoms such as trembling, muscle tension, and voice changes. Overthinking and ongoing stress can further intensify these reactions, for which you may need to consult a psychologist.
Although these experiences can feel overwhelming, they are understandable, they are real and treatable. Learning effective coping strategies and seeking support from a mental health expert can help reduce anxiety symptoms and improve confidence in daily interactions.
