Hi
Consult a doctor to check if any medical condition is causing breathing difficulty. If you are feeling anxious about something or if breathing difficulty is making you feel anxious consult a psychologist.
I do understand without aby prior indications if these breathing difficulty starts., it might be stressing you out a lot.
Consult a physician first to know whether there is any physiological cause, if nothing found then consult a psychologist.
They will help you to understand the triggers and manage it and will help you to remove this from the roots.
We treat this with hypnotherapy and counselling, reaching the depth of the mind for change and betterment.

Hi... Please consult a Doctor (Physician) first to understand if there is any physiological basis of your concern. If everything is fine physiologically, we can attribute it to psychological (psychosomatic) factors.
Next Steps
Consult a Doctor first and then a Psychologist for Counselling.
CBT and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
