Need Consultation
I want to ask proper treatment for sprain in ACL. As my knee has been injured and got ligament tear. I want to know exact treatment as I didn't get any improvement from last 1.5 months even after taking medicine. Please provide consultation.

Above knee plaster cast for 6-8,weeks along with NSAIDs and multivitamins followed by physiotherapy should give you complete recovery.

Hi As I understand u have been diagnosed with ACL tear and has been taking conservative treatment from 1.5 months. Kindly put the MRI report for consideration as the that could show us the degree of the tear and hence the exact treatment

Grade 1 tear- long knee brace, rest, medicine Grade 3 tear- surgery Grade 2 tear- treatment depends on clinical finding
