Few weeks ago I was vitamin d deficient but now my level is 30 ,and also I am taking d3 60k medicine continue for 9 weeks one tablet one week , but also I am facing little body pain at morning only after getting up and at sleeping time , Also my mood changes , I feel irritable don't know why I have positive talk then also I am facing this issue Aslo along with d3 60 k medicine doctor gave me melanxit (Flupentixol and Melitracen ) daily one tablet in morning , I just want to ask should I continue with this treatment ?? Also my weight is increasing should I do exercise?? But after exercise I feel same like vitamin d deficient symptoms.. please give advice Also I had done some blood test report are attached

Add vitamin b12 also and continue vitamin d. Get your thyroid function test done..and start excercising and take plenty of water
