Hi,
I understand your concerns. It's first important for us to understand what level of lifestyle changes you have done and whether we can do them slightly better.
For a TSH of 6.5 at an age of 30, you don't need to be started on thyroid medicines
At an age of 30 without another disease you are at a low risk in terms of cholesterol levels. LDL we aim at less than 100 but I am sure you will get there without medicine
Next Steps
Do consult when feasible. I can help you connect with the right people for a proper diet and fitness regimen
Thank you for sharing. Based on your symptoms and reports, this appears to be a case of subclinical hypothyroidism, elevated LDL, and likely hormonal imbalance, possibly PCOS or insulin resistance-related.
Consider starting low-dose levothyroxine (after discussing with your endocrinologist)
Likely insulin resistance: Check fasting blood sugar, insulin/HbA1c.
Rule out PCOS with ultrasound & hormonal panel
Next Steps
Try low-carb, anti-inflammatory diet (more vegetables, healthy fats, lean proteins). Add selenium (100–200 mcg/day), iodine and zinc (15–30 mg/day) to support thyroid function. Increase fiber (flaxseeds, oats, chia seeds), omega-3s (fish oil or walnuts), and plant sterols.
Practice yoga (esp. thyroid- and PCOS-specific asanas), pranayama, and stress reduction daily.
Good sleep, less screen time, and reduced sugar are crucial. Weight reduction aline can help reduce metabolic issues.
