Report shows an upper normal total cholesterol and slightly elevated LDL ,rest normal.Follow lifestyle and diet modifications, using lots of fruits and vegetables , avoiding oily foods , adequate intake of water ,and exercising for 30 minutes a day.Repeat the tests after 6 months.
