Neck stiffness
Here attached is my Frontal neck X ray. Is this fine? As i am getting doubt that it is little bit tilted towards left. Please suggest as i am suffering from neck stiffness and except neck I have pain in the left hand as well. I am using hot bag for my neck stiffness as of now. Doing work for around 9 hrs. Per day in front of computer.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. In your xray your neck is pulled to the right. These are because of your tight muscles. Which are in spasm. They probably are not working well due to low vitamin D and B12 levels in your body. Get it checked and take injectable supplement and you will feel much better

Hello Your x-ray looks normal as far as tilting,there is nothing obvious it might be the view of x-ray. Apart from neck pain stiffness what are your complaints in your left hand do you find any numbness or tingling in your left hand??
