Neck sideways pressure
Two days ago, I posted here about burning pressure in neck and jaw as if it was suffocating, and I was suggested to go for ECg- i had it done- normal ekg, echo, trop i was 0.001 Now that cardiac issues is cleared, what can cause it? I consulted general physician, and she told me it could be reflux since I have some pain in lower abdomen also. I have loss of Lordosis as well, but I don't know if it can cause such type of symptom

Could be muscle spasm. Take tab intagesic m.r. every 8hours for 3 days. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days. Syp mucaine gel 5ml every 8hours for 5days. Consult a physician physically for clinical evaluation.

Your history is incomplete, because if you have difficulty in swallowing you also need to get an ultrasound neck to rule out thyroid growths, if clear you need an endoscopy
