Hello Dear The most common cause of shoulder pain and neck pain is injury to the soft tissues,including the muscles,tendons,and ligaments within these structures....Degenerative arthritis of the spine in the neck can pinch nerves that can pinch nerves that can cause both neck and shoulder pain. You can consult.She can assess and guide you proper management or refer you if needed
