Neck bone/nerves pain
I have got neck problem for many years and I can feel tht pain whn I walk for a longer period of time, and whn iam physically stressed. Previously I was tested and doc defined the problem as Sprain But not sure what exactly it is, kindly suggest any exercise,tips or suggest me a good nutritious food to overr come this issue.

Need neck isometric exercise and some pain medication if not subsided consult an orthopaedic surgeon

There are quite a few reasons for neck pain . As in ur case its been since years , u need an objective examination done by a orthopaedician and if necessary a neck x ray and /or MRI . If u r working for long hours in a specific posture u need that posture correction . If possible you can also go for a chiropratic adjustments with a certified chiropractor or a physiotherapy session in IFT for your neck

You need a good physical exam to find out the cause of the pain which is going on for years I suggest you see a specialist

If this ur suffering for many years than need proper guidance to treat it and advice for exercises. Take sos painkillers and maintain proper posture. Thanks
