Your back pain could be due to disc lesion. How long do you have nausea problem? Do you have any indigestion? Did you change your pillow? What is your nature of job? How it started? Nausea could be due to different reasons like neck problem, stomach problem or abdomen spasm.
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for your back for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should avoid lying on your stomach instead you can lie on your back or sides. You should avoid high pillow. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Health Tips
If the symptoms persists you need to consult a Physician or Physiotherapist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.
