It is very difficult to say if your feeling of nausea which comes and goes is due to Anxiety, due to medication (paroxetine) or GI symptom. You need to consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online to ascertain the same and get remedy from it. Good luck

Knowing the pattern of feeling nauseous is key to treat it. Since you do not have perennial issue but occurs sporadically, something is triggering this feeling. A therapist or a psychologist is capable and qualified to identify these triggers.
Next Steps
Keep calm and observe the stressors of triggers
Health Tips
Visit a practitioner and share your observations for a better treatment plan and cure permanently.

Nausea is a common side effect of paroxetine,at that time you may feel light headedness but usually it goes by its own within few days of starting the medication. As you have taken it for already 6 months and no symptoms now,we can think of tapering to a lower dose and gradually we can plan to stop the medication.Dont do it urself.Get urself evaluated and go for the lower dose according to the advice of Dr after consultation.
