Nasal congestion
Back in 2014, I have done a surgery for nasal polyps but still, I am still experiencing a nasal congestion and throat infection and if I went to the specialist it will be cured for certain days but it will reoccur in within few days .so what's is the permanent way to eradicate this.

You maybe having allergy to a specific thing due to which you had polyps which had to be removed. Even after that you are having recurring symptoms as allergy does not subside after surgery. A long term prophylaxis with antihistamines and steroid nasal spray will be helpful in keeping the symptoms minimal with minimal side effects
