-Reduce the intake of iron -rich foods in the body like green-leafy vegetables ,Beetroot ,dates and jaggery. You can have normal food items like chappati , rice ,dal. -Eat calcium-rich foods: Calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron. Examples of calcium-rich foods include yogurt, milk, cheese, tofu, and green leafy vegetables.   -Avoid any iron supplements or Vitamin C supplements as Vitamin C helps in iron absorption For Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 -If it is very low then you have to take supplements. If it us on the borderline then for Vitamin D sunlight is the best option. Have exposure to sunlight . Have eggs, milk , oranges. If Vitamin B 12 is on borderline, have  fish, poultry, eggs, milk, and cheese are all good sources of vitamin B12.  Vegetarian  sources are fortified foods, Yoghurt, Avocados.
