-Reduce the intake of iron -rich foods in the body like green-leafy vegetables ,Beetroot ,dates and jaggery. You can have normal food items like chappati , rice ,dal.
-Eat calcium-rich foods: Calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron. Examples of calcium-rich foods include yogurt, milk, cheese, tofu, and green leafy vegetables.
-Avoid any iron supplements or Vitamin C supplements as Vitamin C helps in iron absorption
For Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 -If it is very low then you have to take supplements. If it us on the borderline then for Vitamin D sunlight is the best option. Have exposure to sunlight . Have eggs, milk , oranges.
If Vitamin B 12 is on borderline, have fish, poultry, eggs, milk, and cheese are all good sources of vitamin B12.
Vegetarian sources are fortified foods, Yoghurt, Avocados.

To reduce iron level in blood you can try
1. Diet changes :
Avoid iron containing supplements, foods high in iron , and vitamin C supplements. You can also try eating foods that reduce iron reduce iron absorption, such as soy protein, tea , coffee , wine and whole grains
Other lifestyle changes that can include:
Keeping active, maintaining healthy weight and limiting alcohol consumption.
If vitamin B-12 deficiency in blood low lean meat , egg , fish shellfish , chicken, pulses , legumes , sprouts, nuts and seeds, fermented products like curd, buttermilk in diet .
Avoid: alcohol, caffeine
If vitamin D deficiency:
Take sunbath before 10 am 10-20 minutes
Add in diet semi - cooked eggs with yolk , mushrooms, non veg , green leafy and oily fish like salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel and liver fortified foods like fats spreads and breakfast cereals muesli and cornflakes and cheese
You take cholecalciferol or uprise weekly once for three months.
Avoid: caffeine intake.
