Hi Your concern is you are not able to enjoy intimacy in your marriage. It will be good if you talk to your husband about it. I understand you want to have a good sexual relationship with your husband. It is necessary to know if your husband is stressed about something or if he is suffering from job burnout. Healthy communication with your husband will help determine the reasons for lack of interest in sex. If you are not able to talk to your husband about the reason for his lack of interest in sex consult a psychologist. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about your personal life. Do not worry counselling sessions will help you. You will require individual counselling and Couples therapy whichever is convenient for you. Do take care of yourself and be kind to yourself.

Hi, This is one of the most important communication to ask about the comfort of partner related to sex and intimacy. You are absolutely right and it's very difficult to have sex in this situation. It is necessary to talk about your relationship with your husband in a correct way and a psychologist/Family therapist can help you to make a better communication and relationship. It's your right to talk about your comfort, so please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible. Do take care.

Hi... Lot of couples these days face such issues. This idea of a great sexual life is more media/social media created, most couples learn about each other's preferences and likings over time. Need to ask few questions: 1. Did you guys dated before marriage or was it an arranged marriage? 2. Is he living under lot of stress (personal/professional)? 3. Did you guys ever spoke about your past history (romantically/sexually)? Intimacy is a two way street. A couple has to develop a certain level of emotional and mental closeness to be able to share and explore their sexuality. This idea of men always being ready for the act, is not true. Some people are more sexual than others but it's hardly based on gender. In this particular case, I believe there is a gap (mental) between you two and it is inhibiting you both to explore your sexual life together.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Couple Therapy or Psychosexual Guidance and Counselling is required.
