Give plenty of water to drink. Lots of cooked vegetables,fruits daily . Avoid spices,oily foods. Raw/ cooked greengram sprouts is good everyday three tablespoons.in the morning.

Pain Abdomen management for now. 1). Cap Pantoprazole 40mg stat and once daily early morning on empty stomach for 10days 2). Tab Dicyclomine 10mg with mefenamic acid combination 1tab stat and SOS whenever he feels pain. 3). Drink plenty fluid. Piles management. 1) Keep the local area clean. 2) Sitz bath on hot water with add povidone iodine solution. 3) Nifedipine with Lignocaine combination cream like Anorelief to apply locally for 2 to 3 times per day. 4) Avoid spicy food.

Drink one or two glasses of warm water ( preferably lemon water) in morning and walk for 5-10 minutes before going to wash room. Increase cucumber etc. as salad for daily intake with your meals. Walking for 20-30 minutes daily in open area is recommended after waiver of lockdown. No liquor, no tobacco use in any form. Still if you have it, pl consult in person.
