Stomach pain
For the past one month, she has been experiencing a sharp stomach pain right below her belly button, not on one particular side. This pain mostly comes in the morning, followed by an urgent need to pass stool. The stool looks normal — no blood or mucus. At other times in the day, the pain comes randomly, often when she feels stressed or thinks deeply about something. Sometimes the pain leads to stool, sometimes it feels like she needs to pass stool, and other times it’s just pain without stool. She is not intolerant to any food or diary products as such.This cycle has been happening regularly for a month. 1) Is this related to stress or could it be something like IBS? 2) What steps can be taken to manage it better? 3) When should it be considered as serious ?

Usg whole abdomen  to rule out  appendix inflammation. Oz two times a day after food for five days. Drotin s two times  . Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH 3 days. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times times.

I need to know some more information. If the consistency of the stool has changed over time, the frequency of passage of stool, any family history. IBS is differential diagnosis but IBD, H.pylori infection can't be ruled out with the information that you have provided. Blood examination, stool examination and imaging are needed. Get a consultation soon

Although her symptoms could be exacerbated by stress, I don’t think stress is the main cause for this. IBS can present suddenly and doesn’t need any prior episodes or familial associations.

Get a CT abdomen preferably with contrast both IV and Oral and also a colonoscopy is diagnostic.
Health Tips
Try to avoid spicy, oily foods. Eat small frequent meals and avoid junk foods and highly processed foods. Even though she isn’t intolerant to any particular foods try to cut down dairy. Milk is fine but other dairy products can be excluded. Limit coffee/ tea consumption especially on empty stomach.

As you have given history of non intolerance to any food or dairy and no blood in stool, it is less likely of IBS, although stress is a factor which can lead to IBS. Often too much stress can lead to these symptoms.

It can be due to stress and can be due to outside food . The scenario points towards gastritis It is not a serious condition . Identify the food products best for you do the necessary life style changes accordingly
