The weight of the baby is immaterial There is a weight range for every gestational age Rather than the weight it is the weeks the abdominal circumference is corresponding to that is important If there is a discrepancy of more than 2 weeks between the weeks by lmp and abdominal circumference it is said that the baby is weak not otherwise

Your fetal weight is absolutely normal at this stage. During pregnancy diet should be good. It should be rich in protein, calcium and iron. Small meals should be taken at small intervals.

16 weeks 4 days is too early a time to make an assessment about the interpretation of baby's weight. But since your Doctor has advised you to eat well then you eat well. No harm in that.

160 gm is completely normal for the gestational age. Take diet rich in protein, iron calcium and Vit D supplements and maintain adequate hydration.
