Hi Doctor, I am 8weeks 4 days pregnant today but the doctor was not able to identify the fetal pole in U/s at 8 weeks, is there still a chance of successful pregnancy

I doubt. Do you have regular period. Sometime there is delayed conceptions.so you can wait for another 10 days if no symptoms of bleeding pain etc
