While dentist was putting a filling on molar tooth he dropped the rotary tool and it drilled a hole clear through the soft tissue under my tongue. Its the thing that looks like a knot under your tongue. He stitched up one side but left the entrance hole as is. After doing some research I think its called the sublingual gland. Not only does this injury hurt but my mouth is producing a lot of saliva. I need to know what to do.
