Try to add variety in the diet.Do not do force-feeding as it will make the  child more cranky and he will loose interest in that food.Give small and frequent meals.Do not give too much fancy food and try to give him simple food like besan coated potato  fries, roll, carrot stick, roti wrap etc and many more ,.I do have a diet plan of this particular age group.u can contact me through practo or call directly

Try adding variety in her diet. Now she should be introduced to a range of meals cooked at home. Some options are khichri, soft cooked rice and dal, sabudana kheer, Ragi porridge, sautéed paneer, custard, roti and milk. Kids get fussy at times but don’t revolve your cooking around their choices always otherwise it will become a habit in long run. They should be taught to eat whatever has been cooked at home at an early age.
Next Steps
Give her time to adjust to new tastes. Introduce one food at a time. Take care of any allergies while introducing any new food. Check for worm infestation.

hi. your daughter is in the most critical period of life, teens, also termed as period of adolescence. there are numerous changes taking place in the body during this period of life, which majorly includes mood swings which drive in an aversion to eat food, especially home cooked food. i would advise you to cook all her favorite foods in a healthy manner. example: a frankey, at home could be made form a whole wheat base, stuffed with all the vegetables, home cooked, with some amount of sauce and cheese which will help in add flavour. This shall improve her eating habits at home. she is eating her favorite and healthy.
