My calf muscles of both legs are paining
Day before yesterday I walked excessively from 17 floor to ground floor and then went walked in mall also in evening after that I am suffering from pain in calf muscles of both the legs pl help me as I used to take voveran sr and dolonex dt as well but all went in vein pl suggest medicine.

it appear you might have  a muscle or tendon injury. but I would advice examination as on rare occasions things like Deep Vein Thrombosis can present atypically.
