Muscle spasms without pain
I am having muscle spasms from last 10 days.Tried drinking ORS but no effect.I was on medication like kobadex,kefex,dosa-zsr,sino plus 500 after this currently im on uprise d3 60k,evion,sino-plus 500,rabwin-d for dizziness ,Is this medication side effect or something else?Also 2 months ago I was on Keto and Intermittent Fasting,can it be the reason?

Yes keto could be the reason . In which muscle are u getting spasms ,did u lift heavy weights ?
