I am having muscle soreness and stiffness in my leg muscles like in thighs and lower leg muscles after workout... i don't do weight training excercise but i mostly do cardio excercise like jogging, jumping, dancing, stretching all this...
i take good healthy diet also everyday
i take vit D and
B12 tablets 2 times in a month
i am in modelling profession so i need to workout daily
please tell me how to reduce soreness and stiffness in leg muscles after excercise???
