Muscle pull in neck
I got a jerk in car due to which my neck got stuck and was not moving for 2 days. it was very painful but after 2 days its still better but i am not able to move my neck completely. it still pains if i try to move left or right. is it something to worry or should i wait for few more days?

Based on description, might be a catch in Neck holding muscles, as it subsided to minimal pain level, Icing or moist heat will solve the problem, For complete pain reduction it will take time, if it doesn't in 2 more days, u can go for further investigations
Next Steps
Wear cervical collar till pain reduces , as it restrict the excess movement and I suggest u to continue for a period of time as preventive measure

wear neck collar for 2 hours and rest for 1 hour repeat this again and again

Do icing for thrice a day still pain continues then visit orthopaedic doc.
