Muscle pain and burning sensation
I have been experiencing muscle pain in both my hands that would move to my feet all part also a burning sensation that would go and come like the muscle pain but mostly every day this musce pain would affect me can I please now what is the cause of this

Deficiency of vit 12.
Avoid toward bending and computer work.
Do stretching exercises of neck and shoulder and legs.
If it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days.
