For muscle gain, you need to examine well as per your BMI exercise may be given, post & pre exercise meal or suppliments need to be incorporated as per your muscle strength & digestive system status. You can have a session for the same, but no shortcut or tablets or injection is to be recommended. Thank you Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty

A nutritionally balanced diet can help in that aspect. You should not go for hormone injections. Having the right foods in the right quantity can help in a natural way. It's a matter of few months which will help in giving results.
Next Steps
Book appointment so that complete health details can be taken and appropriate diet prescription can be given.
Health Tips
Avoid taking very concentrated formulas or supplements unless prescribed by a Doctor/Dietitian.
