Hi.. I'm 38years married man. I'm unable to bulid my muscles even after regular workout. Taking health foods like Protein, vegetables, fibers. Still something missing. I have read some articles Testosterone harmone issue may lead lean muscle. Can I take Testosterone supplement for improving my muscles? Pls suggest some natural & organic supplements & tablets..

For muscle gain, you need to examine well as per your BMI exercise may be given, post & pre exercise meal or suppliments need to be incorporated as per your muscle strength & digestive system status.
