Take a calorie rich n protein rich diet.Also take lots of sprouts,paneer,milk products n dals to help you build up muscle.Chickpeas n rajmah are a very good source of protein.Also do weights training in order to gain muscle.

For muscle building eat enough calorie, less fat, high protein in milk use skimmed milk, plenty fruits and vegetables, include nuts & peanut butter in ur diet, add spinach & broccoli, eat frequent meal, for red blood cells take iron rich food.
