If you are a veg try to eat nuts, whole cereals , millets etc and green leafy vegetables and fruits. If you are a non veg , have eggs, fish, liver.

Gud afternoon try to add on anti oxidant rich foods such as fruits, green vegs, leafy vegs, nuts, roasted seeds, veg n non veg animal proteins for maintaining a healthy body n mind. Supplement only gives short term solution so why not to opt for a healthy food habits with a healthy lifestyle routine to achieve optimum result.
