Multivitamins- stopped them suddenly
Sir, I was consuming BECOZINC-G tablet daily. No doctors prescribed me to take them, nor I had any vitamin deficiency. Still I started consuming it daily; as one of my friend suggested this idea to me. I have taken BECOZINC-G for almost a year. But I suddenly stopped consuming it recently(3-4days back) and do not wish to continue consumption of any type of multivitamins. But now I can see some symptoms like. Very dry and chapped lips, burning sensation in eye, fatigue, irregularities in bowel movement. All this symptoms were not there before I started taking multivitamins. Does this means now my body has become dependent on multivitamins for its normal functioning??? What can I do , to restore my natural abilities. I do not wish to consume any multivitamins further.

Hi Without doctors advise it's not at all recommended to take any type of multi- vitamins any time for that matter and especially without any need or requirement.. or any medical condition associated... Going forward please take doctor advise prior to taking any multivitamin or supplements.. For now you can stop them ( multi-vitamin supplements) completely..and have a  good well balanced home made nutritious diet and also follow a healthy Lifestyle...and also reducing stress..too if any. Multi-vitamins also have side effects in the long run and also there's a chance to develop toxicity of the vitamin and mineral reserves in the body..as more than required amount of multi-vitamin doses can lead to toxicity..of those particular vitamins and mineral in the body which can be very detrimental to health.. So kindly take doctor advise before planning to take any such kind of supplements..in future again.. Try to get everything from natural sources that is from wel balanced diet alone... Thankyou

U substitute with natural resources.asfood . Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts.in all ur meals. Millets are best in place of rice,wheat. Milk milk products are healthy. Dryfruits are very good source of minerals and vitamins with omega 3 fatty acids. Jaggery,til,grams,lentils,ghee,are best supplements for day to day nutrient supplements. See that u eat 50 percent of ur meal as vegetables. Walk exercise,yoga for fitness.
