Multivitamin tablets should be taken only when prescribed by the doctor. You should focus on taking from natural sources by having two to three servings of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, nuts and seeds, dairy products and whole grains.

Yes multivitamins has side effect in case the amount taken is more then daily limit.

Hi No supplements or multivitamins for hair, nails and skin.. Consume foods rich in zinc, selenium , vitamin A and iron .. foods like nuts, seeds , whole grain cereals, millets ghee etc daily for good hair, skin and nails. Thankyou

Try to improve  your  diet  for good hair, nails n skin.Eat balanced diet .... More protein, vitamin A n E,vitamin C Include  coconut water,fresh coconut ,til,nuts,seeds ,fresh vegetable n fruit
