Why don't you consider adding more greens and fruits in your diet rather than taking supplements. Nature has given many sources. 1 fruit daily, some salad and some greens in your diet should be enough rather than spending money on supplements. Would encourage you to read about balanced diet and make dietary changes if required.

Hi Cap  B complex  Can  be  used  for  daily  purpose. Otherwise  daily  one  fruit - seasonal . Is  ok
