If you are talking healthy diet fruits and vegetables no multi vitamins required. B12.D3 LEVEL TEST to be done. If deficits than only you can supplement with B12.D3

Multivitamins usually have no side effects. But they hate additive to your diet, not your only diet. Eat healthy diet as well
