Multivitamin for men
Wanted to know if there is any good multivitam for men ( above 40 years )to take on a daily basis which will help to maintain general health.. i am not able to fulfill the requirement through food.

Hello sir before taking any supplement kindly make sure your blood parameters are done. if there is severe deficiency only then take supplement.  other wise first preference should be given to healthy diet

Hello There are multiple vitamin , mineral supplements available in the market but it is not advisable to take them as or at will before doing normal basic blood tests to check with standard levels accordingly we could suggest supplements or vitamins.
