Multivitamin
Can i take a month course of multivitamin. I live in hostel, where it feels that i am not getting sufficient vitamin from the quality of food they offer. I don't have any other health issue. Suggest me some multivitamin dose.

Consult directly with all medical reports of lipid profile Hba1c vit d levels vit b 12 etc then we need family history n your otherhealthy unhealthy habits . Find where exactly you need correction . This will help in making proper diet charts fr you .

You can take multivitamin dose... But I would prefer more fruits and dry fruits, nuts,walnuts,almonds.

Hi you can take multi vitamin tablets for a month  but it's always good to go with  healthy food not with supplement .you can eat fruits, dry fruits ,milk to get  your daily dose of nutrients.  You can take A to Z multivitamin tablets 1/ day .
