According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like mesenteric node with echogenic deposit on kidney.

Echogenic Kidney Indiacate there is some abnormality in the kidney but
what' are the specific cause it's can be confirmed by some more test like CT scan of Kidney or MRI .
Mesenteric node is itself dissolve if there is not any secondary cause.
