Greetings!    Vitamin tablets are not advisable unless you are clinically diagnosed with any vitamin deficiency by a physician. It is ideal to get it checked.

Most vitamins are water soluble and often they do not get deposited in the body, if no comorbidity is there. But let me tell you hypervitaminosis is as taxing as hypovitaminosis. So make your judgement accordingly. Get yourself evaluated by a physician or a qualified dietician before starting on any multivitamin.
