MRI with contrast.
My gyno first ordered a plain MRI of pelvis but based on my previous TVS scan reports the radiologist is suggesting contrast MRI. But I'm scared to have the contrast dye injected into me. Is there any serious side effects of using this dye? Attached my TVS scan report. Please see it and suggest if MRI with contrast is really necessary or plain one is enough?

MRI contrast can cause allergic reaction but that is very very rare.
But that will give better imaging.
