Pelvic MRI
How long does an MRI of pelvis for female take? And does the whole body go inside the machine or only pelvic region? Is there any headphones or protection given for loud noise the machine makes? I'm supposed to have an mri of pelvis and very scared.

It hardly takes 20 minutes. Yes, whole body goes inside machine but only pelvic region will be exposed to magnetic rays, which are harmless. Headphones are provided for protection against noise. Can look for silent MRI nearby. There is no need to get scared.
