You don't need to be concerned about those values and will not interfere with PRP injections or it's results. The liver enzymes are elevated esp alt could be due to fatty liver.Consider getting a ultrasound scan of the abdomen done.

Large platelets are associated with Vit B12 deficiency. Your platelet count is normal. Your MCV is also normal. So large platelets should not be a cause for concern. You can go ahead with PRP. But the basic question is what is the indication for PRP in your case. You should fool around with these things only if it is a lifesaving procedure.

The MPV is slightly elevated, which can indicate larger platelet size often associated with various conditions including thrombocytopenia or platelet activation. The PDW is significantly elevated, which may indicate increased variability in platelet size, often seen in platelet disorders or inflammatory states • SGOT (AST): 42 U/L (Normal: 10-40 U/L) • SGPT (ALT): 97 U/L (Normal: 7-56 U/L) • Total Proteins: 8.4 g/dL (Normal: 6.4-8.3 g/dL) Interpretation: 1. SGOT (AST) Elevated: Slightly elevated, which can indicate liver cell damage but is also found in other tissues such as heart and muscle. 2. SGPT (ALT) Elevated: Significantly elevated, more liver-specific, indicating hepatocellular injury. 3. Total Proteins: Slightly elevated, but this is generally not a major concern if only marginally higher and other parameters are normal.
