Slightly megaloblastic picture, good to get b12 levels done to rule out deficiency but doesn't seem like a major problem. B12 deficiency can increase lipid levels too. You haven't mentioned their levels so can't comment how severe it is, but b12 levels should help you to understand this problem's gravity.
