Respect sir and mam recently I done a re root canal treatment and Infected root has been removed by a minor surgery got some stitches now the stitches is removed and swelling became normal  and my root canal. Is also completedplz tell me how much time It will take to heal the gums and regrow back also plz tell me it is OK to. Do. Gargel. With a betadine mouthwash every day or plz tell me some best mouthwash for a healthy gums and teeth

Betadine or other antiseptic mouthwashes are to be used for prescribed duration only because they serve the useful purpose of ensuring an uneventful healing. Long term use is unnecessary and may have disadvantages like causing discoloration of teeth. For long term/ regular oral hygiene you can supplement your tooth brushing with warm salt water rinses.

Gums will take almost the a month to heal. There is no need to use betadinw now. You can use listerine or colgate plax mouthwash on routine basis to keep gums and teeth healthy.

get professional dental cleaning g done once in a year to keep them strong and healthy.
