You are suffering from a condition called oral submucous fibrosis ,,so there is no use that you buy medicines and eat,,only a dentist can judge the severity of the disease and follow his advice thoroughly.

Please wait for sometime before your mouth opens after quitting ghukta. It may take upto 6 months also after that. You can go for any multibutamin and antioxidant eg lycopene, a to z to aid in the process. Please visit your dentist for further details. There are procedures which may hasten the process but can be performed a dentist only. For eg the use of laser also can result in hastening of the process and opening of the mouth
