MOUTH NOT OPEN DUE TO GUTKHA
Due to gutkha habit my mouth not open properly what to do... inserted only one finger.. from last 4 months gutkha totally AVOIDED. Please suggest what to do.

Ideally I should visit dentist but for immediate relief but a balloon n inflate n then deflate for 15 times . This will excercise your cheeks and help . N buy turmix mouth wash n gargle three times a day
