Not able to open or closed mouth
Hello doctor, What is the reason behind below problem I am not able to open and close full mouth and whenever I tried to open then pain near Infront of ears. I am also not able to close mouth while sleeping. It irritates me a lot. I tried many times for closing but I feel like it stuck or jaw lock. Please can you tell me the exact problem and treatment. I take uultracet semi whenever I have pain.

Get an O.P.G xray done and show to your Oral surgeon in nearby clinic .... Sometimes it happens that both upper and lower wisdom teeth gets in contact with each other which leads to the incomplete opening of the mouth and leads to the dental pain...
Next Steps
Do salt water gargling... extract the wisdom teeth if any problems related to it...

Hello As stated by you it can be a temporomandibular joint prblm(TMJ)... CONSULTANT a oral maxillofacial surgeon for it.. please keep your diet soft and avoid stuff that are too hot or cold..

I would advise you to get a full mouth XRay (OPG) done to diagnose the problem. It can be either related to your wisdom teeth or Temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
